Do you deliver and set it up?

Yes. Every time. Delivery and placement. Levelling. Stocking. Collection afterwards We arrive ahead of your schedule and walk you or your planner through the unit before guests arrive.

How many guests can it serve?

Accepted Answer

Around 180–200 guests for a standard reception. Longer events need more capacity than short ones. A full bar increases use significantly. Seated dinners use less than standing receptions Send us your schedule and we'll confirm what your event actually needs.

Does it need power and water?

Accepted Answer

It depends — but yes if you want climate control and worry-free water. A standard outlet within reach keeps climate control and lighting running. A hose connection nearby is ideal. Neither on site? Tell us in the quote and we plan around it What we don't want is to discover it on delivery day.

What surface does it need?

Accepted Answer

Level, firm ground. Pavement. Compacted gravel. Firm turf We level the unit on arrival. Soft sand, steep slopes and saturated ground are the usual problems — mention them early.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can — but we've done 24-hour turnarounds. Wedding season weekends: six to twelve months out. Production and short notice: call us, cancellations happen. Dates are held in the order they're confirmed

How is pricing determined?

Every quote is custom. Date. Location and distance. Duration. Site access There's no automated pricing here because a quote that ignores a gate width or a 200-foot carry isn't a real quote. Send your details and you'll get a specific number — same day.

How is film and TV production different from commercial production?

It isn't. They're one Production category. Same crew call times, long days and location logistics. Serviced the same way What actually changes the plan is shoot length, crew size, where the unit can base and whether it stays overnight. We capture those in the quote instead of asking you to pick a label.
