Reserve

Reserving a date, start to finish.

No portals, no automated pricing, no waiting a week for a callback. Five steps, and a person on the other end of each one.

Same-day quote — requests before 5pm

How it works

From first message to event day.

  1. Send the details

Your date, the location and roughly how many guests. Two minutes — you do not need the site plan yet.

    Takes about two minutes

  2. Get your quote

Prepared by hand against your date, location, duration and site access. No automated pricing, because a number that ignores a gate width is not a real number.

    Same-day on requests before 5pm

  3. Confirm the date

We send a short agreement for signature covering the date, the service window and the placement plan.

    Sent for electronic signature

  4. Hold it

A deposit secures your date on the calendar. The balance is due before the event, and the date is yours from the moment the deposit clears.

    Deposit reserves the calendar

  5. Event day

We deliver ahead of your schedule, level and stock the unit, walk you or your planner through it, and collect it after.

    Delivery, stocking and collection included

Worth knowing

Before you send anything.

Dates are held in order

Availability is reserved by confirmed event date. Wedding-season weekends are usually confirmed six to twelve months out; production and short-notice requests are always worth calling about.

What the site needs

Firm, reasonably level ground, a standard outlet within reach and a hose connection nearby. If your location has none of these, tell us in the quote and we will plan around it rather than discover it on delivery day.

What changes the number

Date, location, how long the unit stays, and the last two hundred feet — gate widths, grades, carries and where the unit can base.
