Before the day
We confirm the placement spot, the approach route, the delivery window and the power and water arrangement in advance. If a gate needs to be unlocked or a guard gate cleared, we arrange the details with your contact rather than turning up and hoping.
On arrival
The sequence is the same every time.
- We arrive ahead of your schedule, not inside it
- The unit is positioned and levelled at the agreed spot
- Power, water and ventilation are connected and tested
- Both suites are stocked with paper, soap and receptacles
- We walk you or your planner through the unit before guests arrive
Afterwards
Collection is scheduled with you and included in the booking. For multi-day placements, servicing is scheduled around your event days rather than through them.
